Celtic harp is a national symbole of Ireland. It is a type of instrument which was played in Ireland and Scotland between X and XIX century.
A shamrock is a three – leaf- clover used as a symbol of Ireland. Saint Patrick Ireland’s patron, is said to have used it as a metaphor for the Christian Holy Trinity. Many places, organisations, businesses, products, creative works etc. use the shamrock in their names.
Leprechauns (leprikon – szewc) are creatures in Irish folklore.They are usually presented as a breaded men, wearing a coat and hat. They spend their time making and mending shoes and have a hidden pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. If they are caught by a human, they often grant whishes in exchange for their freedom.
